How I did this…? For my thumb I used a needle and dragged lines through all the colors. For the Ring Finger I used the blue as the base and drew black lines, then I used a dotting tool to put white dots. On the rest of the fingers I dipped a paint brush in clear nail polish and combined glitter and painted the glitter on top of the blue polish. Nail Polish I used: Blue Me Away- Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Whirlwind White- Sally Hansen InstaDri Black On Black- Sinful Colors Loose Glitter From Claires
